Match Customers by More than One Email Address
Connex Online customer matching functionality currently looks for exact matches only. In addition, when matching by email, Connex Online can only search for - and match - to one email address.
As such, for customers with more than one email address, Connex Online is unable to find or match upon the secondary email.
Therefore, add functionality to customer matching to enable Connex to match against more than one customer email address.
It was brought to our attention that while our documentation suggests this works as described today, sadly it unfortunately does not.
Specifically, from the article:
"If I select customer email, can Connex find customers with multiple emails?
Yes, Connex can find customers if the QuickBooks email contains the billing address email. If the billing email was [email protected], Connex can match [email protected],[email protected]."
As a result, this is functionality that would need to be carefully built out.
