    Please correct me if I am wrong: It sounds as if this is two feature requests.

    1) Add functionality to map a QuickBooks P.O. Number (Purchase Order) as the order number in a given supported integration.

    2) Streamline and/or optimize the steps of creating a new Rule within the rules engine.

    As these are unrelated, this will be broken into two posts.

    Leaning heavily into having a category in our Help Center (located here - help.syncwithconnex.com/hc) dedicated to Release Notes.

    Release Notes would be published once every two-weeks, in line with our current target publish schedule.

    Now that Connex has successfully migrated to a new billing platform, this opens up a lot of doors for us.

    For example:
    Automatic plan upgrades.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback.

    Currently, for Connex Desktop, there is no multi-user support, I'm afraid. In addition, with current technology, this is challenging to build as the account username is tied to the pairing file added to the QuickBooks Web Connector.

    Whereas, for Connex Online (QuickBooks Online), we do offer multi-user access functionality.

    We'll continue to review this as more feedback & votes come in; as well as periodically review as new QuickBooks features become available.

    Are you referring to Window's snap feature that allows the user to snap two different programs to the screen and view both at the same time?

    Beyond this, may I trouble you to elaborate, please? What is it that you'd like to see changed, updated, or edited? What is the specific use case and/or problem you hope to solve? This will help us better understand the desired outcome.

    This is an interesting idea. However, it would be really helpful to learn more about the use case. Specifically, why do we need the PO number versus the normal order or transaction number?

    It was brought to our attention that while our documentation suggests this works as described today, sadly it unfortunately does not.

    Specifically, from the article:
    "If I select customer email, can Connex find customers with multiple emails?

    Yes, Connex can find customers if the QuickBooks email contains the billing address email. If the billing email was [email protected], Connex can match [email protected],[email protected]."

    As a result, this is functionality that would need to be carefully built out.
