Sale Channel Disabled. Back-End issue; can't be fixed from user side.
Hi, I have two selling channels, Shopify & eBay active since 2018.
However, my eBay channel has stopped syncing and I just need to reconnect it to eBay. When I attempt to update the login it prompts me for the Username & Password but it does not allow me to type into the box; it just shows N/A. There is NOTHING else I can do here. I went through the knowledge base aren't any articles about this bug.
How am I supposed to handle this?
Connex locks me out from updating the password on the eBay channel so my only option seems to be to remove that channel and recreate it fresh.
If I do that it's going to force me into a higher price tier under this new policy pushed out a few days ago. All I want to do is keep the two sales channels I've had for the past four years. This was working fine up until very recently when they announced the legacy plans would be reduced to one sales channel but could keep two if they were already active.
Something on the back-end is locking me out and I have no way of fixing it.
