Joe, Just offering a suggestion that I think would improve the service. One of the issue I have with the service is with matching customers in quickbooks. As you are aware, everything has to be perfect in a text field in order to find the correct match. I then either have to manually match it after it syncs or let it create a new account (duplicate). Every time a customer updates their user record in Woo I have this issue again even if I manually made Woo and QB match at some point. I use account numbers which I feel may be a better matching solution than what is available today. The customer cannot effect these and they do not change. This way I could set up your software to match the account number field first, then company name, then email etc but allowing me to decide what order to match. The vast majority of mine would find a match, and if not I could then create a new one with the new customer number I assigned in Woo. Others may want to have it go into the general category and assign a customer number at this point.
John, we run into the same issue. But instead of limiting to just the account number, I recommended a custom field solution. Here is the link to the submission I made if you want to upvote it.
