Add multi-user support
We need multiple people to access the Connex account, but sharing credentials is not a good idea. Is there a way to create multiple account logins for 1 Connex account? Between, the accounting team or marketing for website connection, multiple people access the application for their roles and functions. Please let me know if this is doable. Thanks!

Currently, for Connex Desktop, there is no multi-user support, I'm afraid. In addition, with current technology, this is challenging to build as the account username is tied to the pairing file added to the QuickBooks Web Connector.
Whereas, for Connex Online (QuickBooks Online), we do offer multi-user access functionality.
We'll continue to review this as more feedback & votes come in; as well as periodically review as new QuickBooks features become available.
