  1. Hi, I have two selling channels, Shopify & eBay active since 2018.

    However, my eBay channel has stopped syncing and I just need to reconnect it to eBay. When I attempt to update the login it prompts me for the Username & Password but it does not allow me to type into the box; it just shows N/A. There is NOTHING else I can do here. I went through the knowledge base aren't any articles about this bug.

    How am I supposed to handle this?

  2. QuickBooks Online recently released a feature with which tags can be applied to transactions in various useful ways.

    Currently, Connex Online does not support QuickBooks Online tags. Therefore, this is a feature request to build functionality into Connex Online to support QuickBooks Online tags.
